An advisory that answers to buyers, not commissions
Property Center is Delhi NCR's independent property advisory. We don't own inventory and we aren't a developer — our only business is matching the right home to the right buyer, and standing beside that buyer from first shortlist to registry.
Since 2019 we've guided over 4,600 families through the Gurugram market — from first-time 1 BHK buyers in New Gurgaon to NRI investors purchasing penthouses on Golf Course Road. Every project we list is checked on builder track record, RERA status and corridor growth before it reaches you.

How we got here
From a frustration into Gurugram's trusted advisory
Property Center started in 2019 after our founders — two former real estate lawyers — watched friends and family get talked into under-verified projects by commission-driven brokers. We set out to build the advisory we wished existed: RERA-first, fully transparent on pricing, and paid only by developers, never by buyers.
What began as a two-person practice is now a full advisory desk covering every major Gurugram corridor — with dedicated legal, investor-relations and NRI teams — while holding on to the thing that started it all: honest counsel, in plain language, with no pressure.
